General Return Policy

Martinelli's Childrens Wear is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Shipping is non-refundable*.
• A 15% Restocking Fee applies - provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear.
• Special orders, customized items or school gym apparel is never returnable or exchangeable.
• Some specialty apparel is not returnable. This will be noted in the item's description.
• Customer pays for shipping both ways for an exchange.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

School Uniform Returns

School uniform merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must not be worn and all tags and/or packaging must be attached and in original condition.  The customer must receive a return authorization number from Martinelli's prior to returning any item. Specialty Apparel Returns

There is a 30 day return policy on most specialty apparel items, however, some items are not returnable. If an item is not returnable, it will be noted in the item's description.

Shoe Returns

Shoes may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shoes may not be worn and the original box must be returned with the shoes.
